Health and Wellness coaching
The coach is a navigator for the client. The client knows where they want to go but may need suggestions on how to get there. There are many different routes to get to the destination(s). There may be road work, detours, temporary setbacks, engine trouble, car care/fuel/fluids/maintenance, pit stops, exploration and discovery. The coach is along for the ride however, they help keep the driver (client) focused on the destination(s). The journey is Where, What, How & WHEN the client decides. A holistic journey to self-discovery, self-awareness, self-confidence, goal setting, achievement, positivity, responsibility, fulfillment, accountability, mindfulness, inner-peace, grounded, resiliency, self-care, self-love, willing to change, to create an active healthy life-stye to enhance the quality of YOUR life.
